Overview

In this Financial Controller role, you will own the group’s financial reporting, controls, cash flow and compliance, leading a talented team. You’ll partner with the Finance Director to drive finance transformation and process improvement in a PE‑backed tech group. You will champion AI and automation to scale operations and support acquisitions. Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, controls, cash flow and compliance for the group
• Manage and develop the finance team
• Drive process improvement and automation across the finance function
• Support acquisitions and integration activities
• Collaborate with the Finance Director to scale finance operations and influence business strategy

Key requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
• Strong technical accounting and leadership skills
• Desirable: experience with acquisitions, integration and finance transformation
• Exposure to private equity, technology, SaaS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Power BI
