The role
You’ll join Team Belgium or Team Scandi, recruiting in some of Europe’s fastest-growing Tech and IT markets. Within your team you’ll own a tech niche that’s yours alone. No sharing a desk, no fighting over clients. You build it, grow it and reap the rewards. Think of it as running your own business within a business.

What we’re looking for
- 6-12 months’ agency recruitment experience, in any market.
- A solid grasp of the basics. You’re confident on the phone and know what clients and candidates expect.
- Real self-motivation. Our culture runs on trust and autonomy, so we only hire people who can show they’re driven, ambitious and in it for the right reasons.
- Perm: 25%
- Contract: 22.5-30%, depending on margin
