Desktop Services Engineer — ITIL-Driven End User Tech

Cabot is seeking a Desktop Engineer to join our IT Operations team. You will deliver fast, high‑quality end-user support across our sites, resolve incidents, and maintain device standards while helping modernize our desktop operations.

You’ll work with the Desktop Services Team Leader to move from legacy services to automated, service‑centric solutions, develop guides, and follow ITIL and security best practices for a great end‑user experience.
