- Core Focus: Managing multiple live projects simultaneously, monitoring programme and commercial performance, and issuing contractual notices. xwwtmva (1)
- Contract Knowledge: Strong, hands-on experience with JCT and NEC forms of contract. (1)
- Commercial & Procurement: Overseeing subcontract procurement, scope definitions, variation management, and commercial records, working alongside the Commercial Manager and reporting to the Operations Manager or Directors
- Experience Required: Typically 5 to 10 years of experience within a main-contractor environment
