Head Pastry Chef – 3 Rosette Luxury Hotel Lead

Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead a talented pastry team in a 3 Rosette kitchen. The role involves creating desserts, breads and cakes in-house for fine dining and banqueting, including afternoon tea, with support from 2 Chef de Parties and 2 Commis Chefs.

You will design menus with the Executive Chef, ensure 3 Rosette quality, and drive stock control and GP performance across the pastry operation.
