In this role you drive strategic process improvements across Baker Hughes to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitise operations. Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and cost drivers
• Define and own the process blueprint aligned with strategic objectives and future-state models
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, standardize, and implement optimized processes across functions, products, and sites
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Value Stream Mapping, and process optimization methodologies
• Drive consistency, simplification, and standardization across the enterprise including automation and digitisation opportunities
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to support decision-making, prioritization, and adoption of new ways of working
• Lead change management activities to ensure sustainable implementation and long-term behavioural change

• Proven experience leading transformation and process excellence in complex environments
• Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies
• Ability to translate complex data and insights into practical improvements
• Confident in influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
• Combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• High energy, resilience, and motivation to drive meaningful change
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience or knowledge of Subsea Production Systems (SPS) and/or Surface Pressure Systems (SPSP/SSPS) advantageous but not mandatory
