Remote ITSM BA – Requirements Owner & Design Lead

Next Ventures in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to own the requirements and the Functional Design Document for Phase 3 of a Halo ITSM implementation, moving Internal IT from ServiceNow to Halo. You will report to the Phase 3 Project Manager and collaborate with the Test Lead, Change Lead, the Service Architect and business owners for each area in scope.
