Hybrid Customs Manager: Lead Compliance & Duty Optimisation

Sainsbury’s Limited is recruiting a Customs Manager to lead customs activity, manage two analysts, and ensure compliance across goods movements including Northern Ireland. You will own declarations, registrations, and related systems while shaping governance with brokers, advisers and auditors.

You will combine analytical and commercial judgment with a strong compliance mindset, leading colleagues and embedding customs requirements into supply-chain and technology changes.
