Senior Supportive Care Lead – Hospice & Safeguarding

St Margaret’s Somerset Hospice is seeking a Supportive Care Lead to provide operational leadership for the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate supportive care services across our Somerset sites.

This senior role requires professional registration and in-depth knowledge of psychological therapy, social work and safeguarding for adults and children, with strong analytical and decision‑making skills. The post is cross-county across Taunton and Yeovil with travel across Somerset.
