Campaigns & Mental Health Service Delivery Manager

RABI seeks a SD Co-ord Manager (Campaigns and Mental Health) to lead national grant campaigns and manage counselling administration. The role supervises a Campaign Co-ordinator and a Service Delivery Administrator, ensuring accurate, confidential processes and policy‑driven delivery.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Quality and Improvement Manager, you’ll drive service improvements, coordinate cross‑team activities and uphold safeguarding and data protection standards throughout campaigns.
