Rudding Park are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen team at our Harrogate resort. You will oversee operations, train junior staff, and ensure high standards across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner services along with private functions.
You’ll work with the head and development chefs to keep menus fresh, ensure food cost targets are met, and stay aligned with COSHH and health & safety protocols in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
