Bella Di Notte is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Customer & Fulfilment) to join its Senior Leadership Team in driving end-to-end operational excellence. You will own warehouse operations, fulfilment, customer service, and strategic logistics partnerships to support growth and exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead teams, optimise processes, and leverage data-driven insight to improve performance, service levels, and cost control across the business.
