Location: Head Office and across all six Partington’s Holiday Parks
Reporting to: Head of Sales Development
Working pattern: Full time, with occasional evening and weekend work for events
About the role
We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Manager to help drive Partington’s growth and sales.
This role combines creative design, digital marketing, data and strategy, with the opportunity to shape how customers discover us, interact with our brand and ultimately become holiday homeowners.
You’ll lead our digital marketing activity across our website, SEO, AEO, email and digital campaigns, while also overseeing creative design across the business.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just deliver briefs, but spots opportunities, challenges ideas and thinks about what’s next.
Your mission
You’ll combine creativity with commercial thinking to grow our digital presence, improve the customer journey and generate more sales.
You’ll also keep us ahead of changes in search, AI, digital marketing and customer behaviour, identifying new opportunities to help Partington’s grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Track the journey from marketing activity, lead, enquiry, appointment, to sale. Analysing performance and use insight to improve campaigns, conversion and lead quality.
- Develop and maintain the Partington’s visual identity, including contributing to our brand refresh. Ensuring the Partington’s brand feels consistent, recognisable and relevant across every customer touchpoint.
- Lead marketing campaigns for open days and key business priorities.
- Work closely with Sales Development and park teams to turn priorities into effective campaigns.
- Review campaign performance, enquiries and results to continually improve what we do.
- Lead the visual design of our website and internal digital systems.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be creative, curious, commercially minded and forward thinking.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong graphic design experience across digital and print.
- Experience managing website, SEO, AEO, email marketing and analytics.
- A genuine interest in digital trends, AI, search and emerging technology.
- Experience using data to improve marketing performance.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between our six parks.
