The Role
This is a
full 360 recruitment role , with responsibility for:Account management and developing strong client relationshipsBusiness development and winning new businessCandidate sourcing using job boards, CV databases and social mediaManaging recruitment processes from start to finishPlacing HGV and non-HGV drivers with clientsEnsuring candidates are fully compliantBuilding and maintaining a strong candidate network

confident, resilient and motivated , with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.You’ll need:Previous experience in
Recruitment, Transport or LogisticsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA strong work ethic and genuine desire to succeedThe ability to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesEnergy, enthusiasm and a positive attitudeGood attention to detail and organisational skillsWe work with some of the UK’s leading logistics companies, so delivering a
high standard of service to both clients and candidates
is essential.
