Security Team Leader – Public Sector, Rotational Shifts

Ealing Council is recruiting a Security Team Leader to provide frontline leadership for Security Officers across council buildings and sites. You will ensure a safe, secure and compliant service, supporting staff and visitors while maintaining high standards of operation.

The role requires strong leadership, incident response experience, and excellent communication with senior management. The position operates on a rotational shift pattern with shifts starting at 07:00 and finishing at 21:00.
