Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Waking Night – Children’s Residential Care Worker to join the team. The role supports young people in a safe, nurturing home and involves night shifts across weekends as part of a 30-hour week.
The successful candidate will help with daily routines, care plans, and maintaining records, fostering independence and emotional wellbeing. A Level 3 qualification and a compassionate, resilient, team-oriented attitude are preferred.
