Head Chef – Leading Kind, Nutritious Care Kitchen

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Head Chef who puts kindness at the heart of every service in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will lead the kitchen team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals that respect residents’ dietary needs and cultural preferences, while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

You’ll manage stock, budgets, and orders, ensure HACCP compliance, work with central teams, and shape mealtimes into enjoyable dining experiences for residents.
