Clarence Park Care Home in Weston-super-Mare is looking for a Care Assistant to support residents with dementia and other complex needs. You will follow individual care plans, promote dignity, and help maintain a calm, safe, and person-centred environment.
This hands-on role requires patience and resilience; NVQ2 in Health & Social Care is preferred or willingness to obtain. DBS paid, pension, uniform, and onsite parking are provided, with 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata.
