Strategic Management Accountant – Lead Budgeting & Reporting

Sharp Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a friendly finance team in the Yorkshire area. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will own the management accounts process, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and guide junior staff while delivering high-quality financial reporting.

You will review balance sheet reconciliations, provide commercial insights, and present analyses to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
