Responsibilities

• Assist on a range of corporate matters: M&A, private equity, venture capital investments, restructurings, and corporate advisory work
• Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality client service on complex transactions
• Support cross-border deals and sector-focused client needs, particularly in technology and health & social care
• Contribute to the development and growth of the Oxford corporate team
• Engage in mentoring and professional development activities within the team

Key requirements

• 1–4 years’ post-qualification corporate experience
• Strong corporate law background gained at a regional or national firm
• Ambitious, with a track record of handling or contributing to significant transactions
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with partners
