Overview

As Marine Claims Manager in London, you will build and lead our specialist marine claims capability across the UK and Europe. You will drive technical excellence, strong customer outcomes, and consistent service quality while shaping our marine proposition. You’ll manage complex, high-value claims and collaborate with brokers, customers, and partners to enable profitable growth. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop marine claims professionals across the UK and Europe
• Provide direction on complex and high-value marine claims, including coverage, liability, investigation, reserving, settlement and litigation strategy
• Manage claims costs, performance indicators and reserving accuracy; identify efficiency and outcomes improvements
• Build trusted relationships with brokers, customers, underwriters and business partners to deliver effective claims solutions
• Maintain high claims governance standards and contribute to strategic projects and development of the marine proposition
