Product Manager

Overview

As Product Manager for optimisation products, you will define direction and drive growth of post-trade optimisation capabilities. You will collaborate with clients, senior stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate needs into valuable product outcomes and ensure alignment with market requirements. You shape future capabilities while expanding adoption of optimisation services across the market. This role blends product leadership with cross-functional delivery to impact how clients operate within post-trade workflows.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for assigned optimisation products and workflows; define vision, objectives and outcomes; maintain product requirements and priorities throughout the lifecycle.
• Design and validate proof-of-concepts and functional specs; guide development and testing from a product perspective.
• Engage with clients to understand challenges and gather feedback; support onboarding and adoption of new services.
• Build relationships across Product, Technology, Operations; communicate priorities and roadmap to stakeholders; support product case development and updates.

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product, business analysis, operations, client-facing, or related role within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and post-trade processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional delivery and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
