Cherubs Nurseries is seeking a Room Manager to lead a room/unit, modelling high standards and coaching Apprentices and Qualified Early Years Educators to deliver our ambitious curriculum.

You will balance the needs of children, parents, your team and the business, driving smooth daily operations, overseeing planning, records, communications and the key person system, and taking on a designated role within the nursery.
