Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a compassionate mental health professional to join our Primary Care Network Mental Health Team. You will work with GP practices, primary care colleagues, community services and partner organisations to support adults experiencing mental ill health.

You will undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, identify holistic needs and provide time-limited therapeutic interventions within primary care settings.
