The Role:

• As a Residential Conveyancer you will be responsible for managing a residential caseload from start to finish with support
• Caseload will include sale, purchases, freehold and leasehold properties

Requirements:

• You will ideally be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced Residential Conveyancer
• Team player
• Well versed in dealing with residential property files from inception through to post completion
• A desire to act as Head of Department
