Head of European Fund Administration

Carta seeks a Director, Fund Administration – Europe to lead and scale our European fund accounting practice. You will own the delivery quality, client experience, and growth across the UK and Luxembourg, building trusted relationships with fund finance and operations teams.

You will manage a high-performing team, drive accounting excellence, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and R&D to align services with client needs, ensuring audit readiness and scalable delivery.
