Platform Business Management Lead Analyst 1

Overview

In this role you help run the Global Operating Platform with a focus on governance, strategy execution and stakeholder reporting. You act as the central point for people-related matters at Schroders Campus, driving culture and Inclusion & Diversity efforts while coordinating with Compliance, Audit, Risk, Finance and other Platform colleagues. You’ll work to ensure global consistency of processes and policies across the Platform and Group. The role blends risk and financial oversight with cross‑team collaboration to enable effective operations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Centralise administrative governance and coordinate data/process ownership across operational functions
• Build and sustain relationships with People & Culture, Audit, Compliance, Finance and Platform colleagues
• Serve as primary liaison between hub and London/Singapore teams to enable seamless operations
• Support Operational Risk and Control processes, including risk framework maintenance and risk event monitoring
• Monitor Business Process Standards and ensure adherence to Operating Model Principles
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and purchase orders; track pipeline reports and cost investigations
• Contribute to the Academy programme through training facilitation and curriculum development
• Resolve complex issues by coordinating with stakeholders across the business
• Support Supplier Governance with Procurement and service owners to ensure policy adherence
• Create and maintain a globally consistent inventory of controls and procedures
