Project Consultant, Patient Cloud

Overview

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Patient Cloud projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality. You will act as the client-facing lead, coordinating cross-functional teams and safeguarding project outcomes for multiple studies. Your expertise will support Medidata’s digital transformation in life sciences and help customers accelerate value from clinical trials. Responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of studies across stages and complexities with on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality outcomes
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud products and provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams
• Independently lead internal/external meetings and capture action items and milestones
• Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies to maintain quality and timely resolutions
• Forecast Patient Cloud-specific Professional Services hours in collaboration with the Professional Services Project Manager
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and monitor delegated tasks with the Associate Project Manager
• Ensure adherence to Medidata’s project management methodologies and SOPs
• Create and maintain accurate study documentation

Key requirements

• Experience with clinical research and Clinical Research SaaS technology
• Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors preferred
• Client-facing experience with a customer-first attitude
• Experience managing project timelines and risk assessment advantageous
• Ability to promote teamwork, recognize achievements and provide constructive feedback
• Strong presentation and soft skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 10–20% (national/international)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (analytic discipline a plus)
