Bus Training Leader: Develop Drivers & Standards

Stagecoach Group Limited is seeking an experienced Bus Training School Manager to lead our driver training operation in Northampton. You will oversee recruitment support, licence programmes, Driver CPC delivery, instructor development and compliance across the training school.

You will drive high training standards, manage budgets and resources, and promote a strong safety culture while reporting on performance metrics and supporting workforce development.
