Europe-wide Turbine Aerofoil Manufacturing Lead

AVA Energy is recruiting a Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead turbine aerofoil manufacturing across a European supplier network. The role involves hands-on technical leadership and cross-site collaboration to improve yield and reduce component cost.

You will spend substantial time at supplier sites in the UK, Italy, and Hungary, mapping movement volumes and quality data and driving continuous improvements with stakeholders across multiple sites.
