HMO Enforcement Officer – Private Sector Housing

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer for an initial 6-month interim assignment with an Essex Local Authority. The role focuses on HMOs and unlicensed properties, including inspections and enforcing licensing breaches.

You’ll carry out HHSRS assessments, prepare statutory notices, and take enforcement action when needed. Solid Local Authority experience and strong HMOs knowledge are essential, with the ability to run enforcement cases independently.
