Now That We Reached This Pivotal Point In Our Growth And Development We Need To Hire a Plant Delivery Mobilisation Manager To Co-ordinate And Deliver Mobilisation And Readiness Activities For a Defined Sub-Area Within the Plant Delivery Organisation. Specifically This Will Involve
- Establishing and delivering mobilisation processes and readiness activities for your area
- Ensuring that governance requirements and delivery methodologies are effectively implemented, embedded, followed and improved
- Creating and owning detailed delivery plans, actions, risks and readiness metrics.
- Co-ordinating activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operations teams
- Proactively identifying, tracking and managing tasks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
