Senior MBT Therapist & Supervisor (Specialist in Personality Disorder)

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust in London is seeking an Highly Specialist MBT Therapist and Supervisor (Band 8a) for 22.5 hours per week. The post involves managing a caseload, co-facilitating MBT groups and leading Richmond CEN MBT pathways within a Tier 3 Personality Disorder service.

You will provide specialist MBT supervision, contribute to assessments, and drive outcome measures while collaborating with senior clinicians to ensure high quality patient care.
