Chadwick Nott are delighted to be representing a leading national law firm seeking a Planning Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their growing team in Cardiff. The role focuses on planning, highways and related real estate matters, with hybrid working arrangements (2-3 days in-office weekly).

You will advise on planning permissions, conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, and draft complex agreements such as s.106. Strong drafting and communication skills are essential.
