Registered Manager, Adult Learning Disabilities Care

Kisimul Group is seeking a Registered Manager for Adult Services with Learning Disabilities. You will lead and oversee a home, ensuring the health, welfare and fulfilment of residents in your care.

You will report to the Area Manager, guide a staff team, develop and monitor care plans, liaise with external professionals and families, and manage budgets and safeguarding across the service.
