F&B Manager – Elevate Guest Experience & Events

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection, part of The Ascott Limited, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Catering operations and guest experience. You will support the Events Team with bookings and resources, and oversee F&B administrative tasks in line with standards and legal obligations.

You will drive service excellence, mentor the team, and implement process improvements while ensuring effective communication and IT system use. English fluency is essential.
