Hybrid: Children in Care Social Worker — Systemic Practice

Croydon Council is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Children in Care 0-16 Service. You will work directly with children in care aged 0–16, including those arriving unaccompanied in the UK, with a focus on strong relational practice and timely decision-making.

Supported by a systemic practice model, you will maintain records, collaborate with partner agencies, and apply legislation and national policy to inform practice.
