Flexible Palliative Care Social Worker (Adult & Child)

St Richard’s Hospice in Worcester is recruiting a Specialist Palliative Care Social Worker to join the Family Support Team. You will provide psychosocial, emotional and practical support to patients, carers and families, managing a diverse caseload across in-patient and community settings.

The role requires a recognised Social Work qualification, current SW England registration, safeguarding knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with health, social care and voluntary partners.
