Luxury MICE Sales Manager – London

COMO Metropolitan London is seeking a results-driven MICE Sales Manager to drive meetings and events revenue for the luxury hotel. You will manage a pipeline, secure new business, and lead a two-person sales and planning team, coordinating with Operations, Events, and Revenue teams.

The role requires at least three years in hospitality sales within the luxury segment, strong relationships with corporate, agency, and association clients, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
