Community Nurse: Home Health & Independence Advocate

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Community Registered Nurse to provide nursing interventions to housebound adults in their own homes. You will work autonomously with support from a Community Nursing Sister and Team Lead, delivering comprehensive care and promoting patients’ independence.
