Specialist Children’s Community Nurse – End-of-Life Care

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Specialist Children’s Community Nurse based at Cedar House, St. Michael’s Community Hospital.

The base hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with the formal pattern to be agreed after appointment. You will support children with continuing care needs or life-limited conditions, work with the MDT to deliver a full range of services for the child and family, and travel between Trust sites to ensure high-quality care in homes
