Regional Care Training Coach – Induction & Development

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and ongoing development training across a regional portfolio of care homes and hospitals. You will coach staff to be confident and compassionate, ensuring delivery of Good and Outstanding care.

This home-based role requires travel within the region, strong knowledge of health and social care regulations, and a driving licence. You will plan training calendars, maintain training files, and work closely with Home Managers
