Service Specialist: Consultative Sales, 30h, No Evenings

Topps Group is hiring a Sales Assistant for our Plymouth stores. You’ll build lasting relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach, helping them visualise projects and find the right tiles.

You’ll learn through training, enjoy commission on every sale, and benefit from a friendly, customer‑first sales framework. You won’t need tile experience initially; you’ll be supported by a small team, with no late shifts and weekends on a rotational basis.
