Confidential is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our busy transport and logistics team in Essex. The role is a 12-month maternity contract, working 8:30am to 5:30pm, with salary up to £30,000 per year.
You will coordinate transport operations, handle customer queries, bookings, and keep records accurate. Key duties include liaising with drivers, depots, and planning teams, updating portals and systems, and supporting the wider operations team with admin tasks.
