Programme Manager

Overview

As a Programme Manager, you will lead end-to-end engineering projects in automotive interiors and full-vehicle programmes from inception to delivery. You will ensure on-time, on-budget execution and coordinate cross-functional teams to align engineering processes, manage changes, and report progress. The role focuses on customer interfaces, risk/opportunity management, and milestone-driven delivery in a fast-paced, contract-based environment. This is a hands-on, onsite opportunity in Essex with a clear impact on product delivery and program performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within budget across automotive interior engineering and full-vehicle programmes
• Align engineering processes across the project lifecycle
• Manage customer interfaces and communications
• Lead change management activities
• Plan resources and timelines; maintain programme milestones
• Coordinate engineering releases and documentation
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigations
• Prepare reviews and progress reports for stakeholders

Key requirements
