Overview

In this role, you will join an international law firm’s property litigation team in Milton Keynes to handle a varied portfolio of real estate disputes. You will support growth-focused client work and play a key part in complex cases up to high-profile levels, including regulatory matters and court wins. Responsibilities

• Handle a range of property disputes and related transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage matters from unopposed business lease cases to trials
• Represent a growing client base including investors, developers, retailers, government departments, insurers, financiers, insolvency practitioners and high net worth clients

Key requirements

• NQ-3 years’ PQE in property litigation
• experience handling diverse property disputes and real estate matters
