Field Prof-L&P Cased Hole – Aberdeen

Overview

In this role you support on-site cased hole wireline operations, applying engineering and science principles to deliver basic services and tool operation. You will interpret data and constructs from proprietary software to communicate findings to clients and guide drilling and completion scenarios. You’ll contribute to the training and development of operators and junior staff, fostering hands-on capability in the field. This position offers growth within Halliburton’s Wireline and Perforating team and the chance to impact field outcomes at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand your expertise in energy services and client-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic on-site wireline services and operate tools at the well site
• Apply engineering, mechanical and geological principles to interpret data and communicate insights to clients
• Use proprietary software to support data interpretation and client coaching
• Participate in training and development of operators and Associate Field Professionals
• Maintain minimum field experience requirement (1 year) in Cased Hole Wireline operations

Key requirements

• 1 year of experience in Cased Hole Wireline field operations
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline preferred or equivalent experience
