Associate Manager – Endur Business Analyst (Commodity Trading Industry)

Overview

In this role you will bridge business and technology to support commodity trading capabilities. You will work with traders, risk and operations teams, and tech partners to deliver and improve Endur and related trading platforms. You’ll lead analysis, shape target-state processes, and drive transformation programs across upgrades, migrations and data activities. The position sits at the intersection of business impact and technical delivery within Accenture’s energy practice. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable value-driven trading solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional lead for trading capabilities or process domains
• Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process modeling, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Develop understanding of front-to-back trading processes to bridge business and tech
• Support Endur and trading platform implementations, upgrades and migrations
• Assist testing activities (system integration testing, UAT, defect triage)
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning and business readiness
• Prioritize and manage functional backlogs and requirements
• Facilitate governance forums and workshops to drive decisions and manage risks
• Collaborate with traders, risk, operations, tech teams and vendors to enhance trading capabilities
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and industry insights within Accenture’s energy community
• Champion diversity and inclusion across teams

Key requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, technology delivery, consulting or application services
• Strong BA experience in commodity/energy trading or similar environments
• Experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management platforms, preferably OpenLink Endur
• Understanding of front-to-back trading processes (trade capture, risk, settlements, invoicing, reporting)
• Experience documenting requirements, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements gatherings
• Experience supporting end-to-end programme delivery across analysis, design, build, testing, deployment and transition
• Experience data migration, reconciliation and cutover activities
• Experience working with business users, operations, risk, tech and vendors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities across cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods
