Freshminds is partnering with a public relations and communications advisory firm to appoint a Commercial Operations Manager to its high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong individual to play a key role in shaping the organisation’s growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• -Supporting business insights and analytics
• -Client team resourcing
• -Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
• -New business pipeline
• -Maintaining and managing CRM data, tracking sales pipelines, and producing reports on client and business development opportunities.
• -Coordinating, organising, and delivering internal and external events.
• -Reviewing, interpreting, and supporting the management of commercial contracts and agreements.

Requirements

• -2-4 years’ experience with a background in operations or financial services.
• -Degree from a leading university.
• -Strong analytical mindset and confident working with data.
• -Highly dependable with strong attention to detail.
• -Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• -A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a small, high-calibre team.
