Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to govern and coordinate the Secure Working Environment (SWE). The role collaborates with the MSP, IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure value, governance and financial control across licensing, onboarding and service reporting.

You will balance service quality with commercial considerations, manage budgets and forecast costs, and support projects within SWE while ensuring SC clearance eligibility where required.
